Saint-Laurent Distillery's Acerum is a noble spirit that reveals the delicate and refined aromas of distilled maple sap. The only ingredients used for fermentation are Quebec maple syrup, water, and yeast. The maple must is then distilled twice in a Scottish-style copper pot still. No sweeteners or flavorings are added to the precious distillate. Our Acerum is then aged in new and used oak barrels for a minimum of three years.
