Aged Gin - 47% - 700ml

Each month, a small portion of our Maritime Gin production is transferred to old Saint-Laurent whisky barrels. After resting for over a year in oak casks, our renowned seaweed-infused gin becomes Vieux St-Laurent Gin. The characteristic aromas of Maritime Gin are rediscovered in a whole new light: herbaceous and floral notes intertwine with piney aromas reminiscent of Quebec's boreal forest. Rather subtle in the original version, the citrus notes burst forth on the palate.
